Graphic Design Minor

Students enrolled in the Graphic Design minor will be introduced to
visual communication thinking and production. The minor begins with a
foundation in fundamental design competencies and includes enough
flexibility that students may choose to pursue print or web/online
production for their advanced classes. Students who have completed the
Graphic Design minor will have a basic understanding of the discipline
of graphic design, its history, the design problem solving and
contemporary professional practice.

The Department of Fine Arts minor in Graphic Design requires 21
credits
